This project uses code from libpicofe as a submodule. To accommodate various needs, it is
triple-licensed with these licenses:
  - GNU GPL, version 2 or later.
  - GNU LGPL, version 2.1 or later.
  - MAME license.
When used as part of another project, host project's license usually applies
to combined source code as a whole.

The library also contains filters by Roman Pauer (M-HT), that are licensed
under MIT license, which is compatible with the above licenses.
