The new translations template includes the engine
options for the ADL engine.

This adds strings related to automatic update checks and to an
engine option added for COMI.

This adds translations for two strings in the SCI engine.

There is no actual change to the strings to translate. Only the lines
where they occur changed.

translation but where not included because of the file not being
listed in POTFILES.

This adds the translation strings from the pegasus engine.

This in particular fixes the spelling of Yamaha.

The charsets used by the translations now need to have a "$(name).cp" file,
which contains an charset index => unicode mapping. Otherwise
create_translations will fail.
