NEVERHOOD: Clean up Module1000:
- Rename stuff
- Remove superfluous braces
- Add a comment to the "which" code in each scene
- Use a seperate _sceneNum instead of _vm->gameState().sceneNum
- Remove code related to unused resource preloading and debug messages
