SUPERNOVA: Fix most of Codacy issues
* Fix mismatched delete in create_image.cpp * Add shebangs to create_ms2_data.***.sh * Reduce scopes of some variables * Substitute bitwise and for logical and in GamaManager2::passageConstruction
