WAGE: Fix resizing and text selection bug
Revise/Simplify old optional text rendering
Set things up a bit for selected text rendering
Add MacTextWindow::clearText and MacTextWindow::setSelection
Add MacTextWindow::appendText variant that accepts a MacFont
