TOLTECS: Fix bugs
- Save scene parameters before playing a movie and restore them afterwards (fixes crash)
- Fix text disappearing too fast
- Implement script function sfGetCameraChanged
- Replace nop script functions with stubs which print debug info when called
- Some cleanup, remove obsolete TODOs
