The GUI has reached the point where I think it's safe to begin removing the
old auto-scaling hack. Removed wantsScaling(), USE_AUTO_SCALING,
_scaleFactor and _scaleEnable.
Also removed drawBitmap() since we no longer use bitmaps for widget
decorations.
