Moved the rest of the MoviePlayer class into animation.cpp/.h, plus some
minor cleanups. (Mostly spacing and indentation).
Unfortunately the Ogg Vorbis playback causes ScummVM to crash for me, so I
can't say for certain that I didn't break anything.
