Recently we started to use this as new semantics, although in the past
we used simly <engine>_H. Now these guard defines are consistent with
rest of the files which are used in the engines.

This is similar to IS_SERRATED_SCALPEL and IS_ROSE_TATTOO, and makes
the code a bit easier to read

also implemented text for windows (exit/up/down) using this class
|

Though at the moment, the SCENE_COUNT for Rose Tattoo is just a
guess.
